Help improve Remy

How session activity may be used to improve future models, and which settings apply.

Updated: October 12, 2026

What it is for

Help improve Remy lets activity from your sessions be used to improve future models. Sessions show the tasks people actually ask Remy to do, and where the result needs to be better.

Using a session to improve models is separate from using it to finish the task. Remy still processes a request so it can respond, whether or not that session is also used for model improvement.

It is also separate from Remy Contributor. Remy Contributor is not available for Team or Enterprise workspaces, including when members use Cloud Agent.

What a session can include

When Help improve Remy applies, a session trace may include:

  • Prompts and instructions you give Remy.
  • Agent actions Remy takes while working on the task.
  • Code encountered during the session, including code Remy reads or edits to complete the task.
  • Tool results returned while the session is running. If a tool brings back page content, file contents, or other context, that material can be part of the trace.

The trace follows the task you asked for. Account, billing, and sign-in details collected to run the Service are a separate category, described in the Privacy Policy.

Who controls the workspace

  • Team: Off by default. Workspace sessions are not used to train models unless an administrator or owner turns the setting on. Members cannot override the workspace policy with a personal preference.
  • Enterprise: Never used for model training. The setting cannot be turned on, by members or by administrators.

If you also have an Individual Free, Pro, or Max account, that account has its own Help improve Remy setting. It applies to the individual account only.

Questions about the current workspace setting go to an administrator or owner.

When model improvement is off

While the Team setting stays off, and for every Enterprise workspace, sessions are not used to train models. Remy still processes the session so it can complete the request, including through service providers that run models when the task needs them.

If a Team administrator turns the setting off after it was on, that change is not a deletion request. Enterprise sessions are not used for training in the first place. It does not necessarily remove activity already collected, and it does not undo training that has already been completed. Conversation history is kept under the retention rules in the Privacy Policy, separately from this setting.

Cloud Agent

Cloud Agent uses the same workspace policy. A session that runs in the cloud can include the same kinds of traces: prompts, agent actions, code encountered, and tool results.

See Computer use and cloud privacy for how local tools, browser tasks, and cloud processing fit together.

Privacy requests

If your account is provided by an organization, that organization may control the workspace and the content in it. Contact an administrator or owner first. The workspace agreement can affect how a request is handled.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and to checks that confirm who is asking. Contact support@corepass.com. Retention periods, backup copies, and legal exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy.
